We ship our products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third party shipping services to ship the items across India. Delays are to be expected in case of contingency

Tracking and Shipment based complaints raised after 15 days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration

After receiving the product, if there are any complaints, you should respond within 48 hours.

A detailed video showing the opening of the package must be provided for return and refund purposes.

Our holidays:  All Saturday, all Sundays public holidays, Any harthal, natural calamities, power cut days ( in Surat, mumbai, Chennai)

Please note that there will be a delay in product delivery during the months of August, September, and October due to holidays in North India, such as Diwali and Durga Puja. Delays may occur due to natural calamities during rainy season.

For best results, dry clean only. If needed, gently hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not soak, wring, or bleach. Lay flat to dry in the shade, and steam or iron on low heat using a protective cloth. As this is a handcrafted piece, please treat it with elegance and care.
